Applied HR & Organizational Change leader; Founder of ARVEN Consultancy (People, Strategy & Organizational Change | London & Istanbul). I help organizations turn people clarity into process discipline and, ultimately, sustained performance—not by writing slideware, but by building practical systems alongside leaders and teams. Career roots in HR operations and labor-law compliance (hospitality & services), followed by multi-sector transformation work across 13 industries with an all-women team of consultants.
My approach is hands-on and human-centered: align roles and decision rights, simplify complex workflows, make governance visible, and install management rhythms that actually stick. I work shoulder-to-shoulder with industrial psychologists and industrial engineers to pair behavior change with operational design—so improvements survive the quarter and scale with growth.
